Wholesale Orders Are Made To Order and Could Require an Extended Processing Times
Depending on Order Volume and Product Availability.
This is a single owned and operated small business so every product is hand crafted by me and every order is processed and shipped by me.
Cancellations/Changes/Abandoned Shipments:
You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Orders canceled outside of this window will incur 20% cancelation fee and 15% restocking fee.
Wholesale and bulk orders will require 25% cancelation fee and 20% restocking fee
Domestic orders canceled after shipping, but prior to delivery, will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping and return.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of the products returns / exchanges are not accepted. If you have allergies please contact me to verify potential allergen interatction. For Order Errors Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to report any errors in the order for resolution. Kemistry Organics securely packs each order to ensure safe delivery. Understanding that things will happen during transit, Items arriving damaged require damage claim to be filed with the shipping courier. Kemistry Organics is not liable for items damaged during shipment.
