Apple Fruit Water Essence
Smells deliciously of fresh apples!
Has moisturizing, hydrating, and nourishing properties
Has been found to stimulate growth of keratinocytes in the skin, which strengthens the skin barrier to help fight against external stressors.
A keratinocyte is a cell that manufactures and stores the protein keratin. Keratin is an intracellular fibrous protein that gives hair, nails, and skin their hardness, strength, and water-resistant properties. The keratinocytes in the stratum corneum are dead and regularly slough away, being replaced by cells from the deeper layers , increasing cellular turnover for healthier stronger smoother skin.

Key Benefits of Apples for Skin
- Hydration: Apples have a high water content, which helps keep the skin hydrated. Consuming apples or applying apple-based products can replenish moisture levels, preventing dryness and promoting a plump, supple appearance.
- Exfoliation: Apples contain malic acid, a natural alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that gently exfoliates the skin. This helps remove dead skin cells, resulting in a smoother and brighter complexion without the irritation that harsher scrubs can cause.
- Rich in Antioxidants: Apples are packed with antioxidants, including vitamin C, flavonoids, and polyphenols. These compounds protect the skin from free radical damage caused by environmental stressors, helping to prevent premature aging, fine lines, and wrinkles.
- Promotes Glowing Skin: The antioxidants in apples stimulate skin cell turnover, encouraging the growth of new, healthy skin cells. This process can lead to a more radiant and even skin tone.
- Prevention of Premature Aging: Regular consumption of apples can help combat the effects of aging. The vitamin C in apples supports collagen production, which is essential for maintaining skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of fine lines.
- Acne Treatment: Apples can help control acne and blemishes due to their natural astringent properties. They can also help balance the skin's pH, making them beneficial for oily skin types.
- UV Protection: The antioxidants in apples may offer some protection against UV damage, helping to shield the skin from harmful rays and reducing the risk of sunburn and skin damage.
- Hydration: Apples have a high water content, which helps keep the skin hydrated. Consuming apples or applying apple-based products can replenish moisture levels, preventing dryness and promoting a plump, supple appearance.
Apple juice is the hidden ace of hair care, and it works wonders for your scalp and hair. It helps with dandruff and itchy scalp, balances the scalp’s ph, and makes your hair shiny, silky and manageable. Here’s how apple juice can help you get beautiful hair..
Natural remedy for dandruff
Apple contains malic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid, which works as an exfoliant and emollient to remove dry dead skin covering the scalp. Regular treatment with apple juice will help slough away the dead skin, dandruff flakes, leaving you with a fresh clean scalp and hair.
Makes your hair super soft and shiny
The acidity of the juice removes product buildup and other gunky residues from your hair. The apple juice also works by closing the cuticle (outer layer of the hair), giving your hair a smooth finish. When used regularly in your natural hair care routine, apple juice treatment will make your hair super soft and boost your hair’s body and shine.
Balances your scalp’s pH
The scalp has a pH between 4.5 and 5.5. This means that our scalp and hair is the healthiest when the pH is on acidic side. This natural hair acidity hinders the growth of bacteria and fungus, and keeps our scalp and hair in good health. Many of the hair products that we use disrupts the skin and hair’s natural pH levels. Apple juice hair rinse will help maintain your hair’s natural pH balance.
